The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exp In Medical Field And Be Able To Understand Customer Requirements While Providing The Right Support And Guidance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic | Languages : Hindi

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, Hindi
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,500 per month, based on skills and experience.
