What the job involves

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,606 – ₹16,500 per month.

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Inbound
