Manage Daily Attendance Of Staff And Labour Workforce, Maintain Salary Inputs, Overtime Sheets, Daily Wages, And Payroll Coordination, Support Onboarding And Joining Formalities For New Staff And Labour, Coordinate With Accounts Team For Salary Processing And Reimbursements, Maintain Hr Mis Reports And Daily Manpower Updates,.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, HRMS, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Good English
