Compensation

Salary: ₹29,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
