Your responsibilities

• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Mutual Funds
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Kannada, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate

Salary and benefits
