Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil
• Basic English

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹23,500 per month.
