Your responsibilities

As a Tata Health Insurance, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

You will be paid ₹19,823 – ₹24,500 per month.
