What the job involves

As a Unity Small Finance Telecalling, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
