Roles and responsibilities

As a Lic Insurance Customer Service, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada and Malayalam
• Basic English
