Executive Assistant To Support Senior Management In Daily Administrative, Coordination, Communication, And Scheduling Activities. The Candidate Will Coordinate With Association Members, Vendors, Event Teams, And Internal Departments While Ensuring Smooth Office Operations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, MS Office and Data entry
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
