Divine Financial Services is looking for a Sales Associate to join its team in remote. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
