Payroll Executive

A new Payroll Executive role is open at Dolphin Autowheels Private Limited (Dolphin Autowheels Pvt Ltd), Andheri East, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Labour law basics, HRMS, Payroll
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude
