Import Export Executive

Dolphin International is looking for an Import Export Executive to join its team in Govandi, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹17,000/month.

Assist The Import Manager In Handling Routine Import Activities. Support Preparation And Verification Of Import Documentation.Coordinate With Cha, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, And Transporters Under Guidance. Track Shipments And Update The Import Manager On Shipment Status. Coordinate With Purchase, Accounts, Warehouse, And Logistics Teams. Basic Excel, Handling Invoices

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic Excel, Handling Invoices
• Female Only
• Good English

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
