We Are Hiring An Hr Executive To Handle Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Records, Attendance, Payroll Support, And Hr Operations. The Role Includes Sourcing Candidates, Scheduling Interviews, Maintaining Compliance, And Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Hr Activities. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll and Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude
