Dr. Nishita'S Cosmetic Clinic is looking for an Executive Assistant To The Director to join its team in Alkapuri, Vadodara. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
