To Ensure Smooth Receipt, Storage, Issue, And Tracking Of All Raw Materials, Bought-Out Items, Consumables, Spares, And Finished Goods Required For The Manufacturing Of Screen Printing Machines. 2. To Maintain Accurate Stock Records And Ensure Timely Availability Of Materials To The Production Team. 3. Perfect Documentation Using Google Sheets. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Record Management, Inventory Management

Your responsibilities

• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Inventory Management and Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A dependable, organised attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
