Dvina Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a Hospital Admin to join its team in Dombivali East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹60,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Oversee Day-To-Day Hospital Operations. Ensure Smooth Coordination Between Doctors, Nurses, Reception, Pharmacy, Housekeeping, And Support Staff. Maintain Discipline And Operational Efficiency. Recruit, Onboard, And Orient New Employees. Maintain Employee Records And Documentation. Monitor Staff Performance And Recommend Training. Coordinate Consultant Schedules And Appointments. Manage Consultant Empanelment And Documentation. Ensure Timely Communication With Visiting Consultants. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Teamwork, Problem solving, Basic computer use and Time management
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone reliable and well organised
