Handle Front Desk Operations, Greet Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Appointments. Provide Customer Service By Tracking Courier Shipments, Updating Clients, And Handling Complaints. Maintain Records And Ensure Smooth Daily Operations.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude

Your responsibilities

• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
