The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Attending Calls, Tracking Deliveries, Resolving Customer Complaints, Dispatch Activities & Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Communication With Clients And Courier Partners.

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, Email etiquette, Typing
