We Are Looking For Organized Customer-Focused Candidate To Handle Front Desk Operations Manage Courier-Related Customer Support Activities. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Attending Calls, Tracking Deliveries, Resolving Customer Complaints, Dispatch Activities & Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Communication With Clients And Courier Partners.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What you get

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, Email etiquette, MS Office, Typing
