Schedule Site Visits, Installations, And Service Appointments. Resolve Customer Complaints And Escalate Complex Issues To The Concerned Team. Maintain Accurate. Type : Inbound, Domestic, Outbound

What the job involves

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month.
