Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, Data entry, Typing, Record keeping
• Basic English
