We Are Seeking Dynamic And Motivated Executive Assistant To The Managing Director (Md) To Provide High-Level Administrative, Coordination, And Communication Support To The Md, Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Operations And Effective Follow-Ups Across Teams. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Basic accounting, Data entry, Typing, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
