Role Of A Branch Coordinator Is To Look After Day To Day Running Of A Branch .He Should Keep Track Of Daily Lectures And Weekly Exams He Should Look After Academic Progress Of Students In The Branch .Also Should Look After Admission Targets Of The Branch He Should Be Able To Motivate The Calling Team For Sufficient Number Of Inquiry Generation And Should Be Able To Convert Them Into Admission. He Should Be Responsible For 100 Percent Fulfilling Of All The Batches In The Branch. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Sales
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
