Female Candidates Who Knows How To Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Typing, MS Office, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

• Timings: 10 am to 7 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm (Rotational shift) Monday to Sunday. Any one week day off
