Day-to-day work

As a Back Office, your work will include:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Who can apply

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
