Pay and perks

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

As a Back Office, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Computer
• You are well spoken and organised
