Salary

• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Work location: Virar, Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Timings: 4 to 6 hours a day | 6 days working 1 week off | day shift
• Openings: 30
• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
