Executive Assistant

Looking for an Executive Assistant role in Chembur West, Mumbai? Eskayapp Construction is hiring now. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Responsible For Handling Phone Calls, Preparing Data, Organising Files, Data Entry, Schedule Meetings, Follow Ups. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, organised attitude

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What you will do

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
