Ethobodhay Export Mentoring Private Limited is looking for a Customer Calling Executive to join its team in Vesu, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. Freshers can apply. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
