Plan And Execute Employee Engagement Activities, Team-Building Events, Festive Celebrations, And Wellness Programs For 200+ Employees. Manage Onboarding Engagement, Retention Initiatives, And Employee Feedback Surveys To Enhance Workplace Satisfaction. Coordinate Internal Communications, Employee Welfare Programs, And Recognition Initiatives, Etc. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Payroll, HRMS and Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude
