Manage End-To-End Pms Cycles Including Goal Setting, Kpi Tracking, Appraisals, Performance Reviews, And Feedback Systems. Bring 5-6 Years Of Experience In L&D And Pms With Strong Expertise In Hrms/Lms. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS and Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and good communicator

What the job involves

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

What you get

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
