Key Responsibilities- End-To-End Calendar Management For The Md (Meetings, Calls, Reminders)- Schedule And Coordinate Internal & External Meetings (Google Meet / Zoom / Teams)- Manage Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Schedules Of The Md- Handle Emails, Calls, And Official Correspondence- Prepare Agendas, Moms, Presentations, And Reports- Coordinate. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
