Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.(Meeting Conducting,Taking Follow Up From Vendor ). 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Screening, Labour law basics, Recruitment, Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
