Key responsibilities

As a Logistic Coordinator, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing

Compensation
