Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹65,000 per month.
