We Are Looking For An Experienced And Result-Oriented Csr Manager Who Can Lead Fundraising And Corporate Partnership Initiatives For Our Ngo. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying Potential Companies, Approaching Their Csr Teams, Preparing And Submitting Proposals, And Building Strong Relationships To Secure Csr Funding. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Payroll, HRMS and MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
