The Csr Portal Manager Oversees Project Registrations, Reporting, And Documentation To Ensure Transparency And Accountability. They Coordinate With Ngos, Government Bodies, And Internal Teams To Execute Csr Activities Effectively, While Maintaining Accurate Records And Timely Submissions On The Portal. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: HRMS, Recruitment, Labour law basics, MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
