Secretary / Executive Assistant

Fast Track Jobs Consultancy is looking for a Secretary / Executive Assistant to join its team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹45,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, Data entry, MS Office and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
