From Jewellery, Manufacturing Or Import-Export Industry Only. We Are Looking For A Highly Organized And Execution-Focused Hr Operator To Manage Day-To-Day Hr Operations. This Role Is Critical In Ensuring Smooth Employee Lifecycle Management From Hiring And Onboarding To Attendance, Compliance, And Employee Engagement. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, Screening and Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and people-oriented
