Your responsibilities

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Domestic, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Real Estate, Sales
