We Are Hiring For Personal Loan Process In Virar Location. Type : Outbound, Sales | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
