The Client Onboarding Specialist Is Responsible For Assisting Customers Throughout The Personal Loan Onboarding Process By Verifying Documents, Ensuring Accurate Information, Coordinating With Internal Teams And Banking Partners, And Providing Excellent Customer Service For Timely Loan Processing. Key responsibilities

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
