Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Active listening, Typing speed, Complaint handling, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
