• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹17,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
