Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers.Explain Loan Products Such As Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Or Education Loans.Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Loan Options .Generate Leads And Convert Them Into Loan Applications .Follow Up With Customers Until Loan Disbursement. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales

Day-to-day work

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Sales

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
