Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers Regarding Loan Products. Explain Features, Eligibility, Interest Rates, And Benefits Of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Or Other Financial Products.Generate And Follow Up On Leads From Databases, Marketing Campaigns, And References. Understand Customer Requirements And Suggest Suitable Loan. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Hindi and English and Typing speed
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are polite and customer-first
