Finwizz Financial Services Private Limited is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. The team is filling 30 vacancies. Salary is up to ₹17,000/month.

Conduct Outbound Calls To Prospective Customers And Respond To Inbound Inquiries Regarding Loan Products.Explain Loan Products, Terms, Interest Rates, And Repayment Options Clearly And Accurately .Assist Customers In Completing Loan Applications And Follow Up On Documentation Requirements. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Typing speed, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and customer-first

Compensation

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
