We Are Looking For An Experienced Telecaller To Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls Related To Loan Products. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Personal, Business, Or Home Loans, With Strong Communication And Convincing Skills. Type : Sales, Mutual Funds | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
