Assist Customers With Loan Documentation And Submission Processes. Follow Up Regularly To Ensure Completion. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing speed, Hindi and English, Verbal communication, CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone patient and calm under pressure
